Once we’ve defined the requirements, our technical team gets to work. We formulate custom rubber compounds using high-quality raw materials and open-mill mixing for optimal performance. From there, depending on the application, we shape and build your product through calendering, extruding, hand-building, press curing, lathe cutting, or machine manufacturing.
